Whilst Prince Harry has been away in the Far East, Meghan Markle has been spotted enjoying a Taylor Swift concert with her friend Lucy Fraser. She was also recently seen wearing a $4 NuCalm Biosignal Processing Disc whilst out and about in California.
According to Nu Calm’s website, “The NuCalm biosignal processing discs provide the neurochemistry to accelerate the onset of the relaxation response, increase the depth of the experience, and prolong the physiological impact of Rescue, PowerNap and FlowState.” It goes on to say that “Think of the disc like a battery. A battery contains a charge; once it touches a metal contact, that device begins pulling energy from it.”

According to Maya Brenner’s website, “Made with a hand-cut clear quartz, this crystal is regarded as the most powerful energy amplifier on the planet! It’s meant to help you manifest what you want in life and let go of anything that’s not working.”
Meghan Markle is also a fan of ethical jeweller Pippa Small, and wore her ‘Colette’ necklace for her primetime interview with Oprah Winfrey.
When it comes to crystals and healing, Meghan Markle is not the only member of the royal family who has had an interest in the subjects. Meghan’s late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, was also interested in crystals. According to Town & Country, “Diana turned to hypnotherapy with Roderick Lane, the healing powers of crystals, tai chi, and works dealing with holistic philosophy, healing and mental health.”

The newspaper revealed that “according to Steven Stone jewellers and crystal healing expert Angela Richardson, sapphires are said to strengthen the wearer to deal with anxiety, stress, depression, and insomnia.”
Perhaps it is not only the Duchess of Sussex who has subconsciously or consciously been influenced by her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, but Prince Harry too? When the couple hosted a special edition of Time100 Talks in 2020 about the ‘state of our digital experience’ that took place in their Montecito home, in the background was a large crystal that is believed to be an amethyst.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the meaning of Amethyst, according to the Yoga Nomads, it is "still considered one of the most powerful stones used for spiritual and emotional growth."
