With Prince Harry now living in Montecito with wife Meghan Markle and children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, it is all too easy to forget that not only does he have a brother, Prince William residing in the Uk, but he also has a stepbrother in the form of Tom Parker Bowles and a stepsister, Laura Lopes.

Tom Parker Bowles recently spoke to The News Agents podcast and revealed that his mother Camilla, the queen consort had no ‘end game’ when it came to marrying the then Prince Charles, now King Charles. “I think change happens but I don’t care what anyone says-this wasn’t any sort of end game. She married the person she loved and this is what happened.”

According to The Guardian, “his remarks, made on The News Agents podcast, will been seen as countering allegations by his stepbrother, the Duke of Sussex, who was highly critical of Camilla in his memoir Spare.”

Although much has been written about Prince Harry and his relationship with his stepbrother, PeopleWorld explores in more detail the one between him and Tom Parker Bowles.

Aside from being stepbrothers, Prince Harry and Tom Parker Bowles both attended Eton. However, they wouldn’t have crossed paths at school as Harry is 48 years old is a whole ten years younger at 38.

The pair obviously came together again at the wedding of King Charles (the then Prince of Wales) to Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005, Tom Parker Bowles and his sister were seen happily chatting to their new stepbrothers, Prince William and Prince Harry.

Tom Parker Bowles, alongside his sister Laura Lopes, also attended the wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle in 2018. However, it is not thought that the stepbrothers are ‘particularly close’ with one another.

As the coronation approaches, Tom Parker Bowles was asked on the podcast if his mother was anxious in the run up. According to The Independent, Tom said: “I think anyone would be anxious on an occasion of this sort of importance in terms of the historical. And yes, I think I’d be terrified if I had to sort of walk out wearing ancient robes… He went on to say that “She’s 75, but you know, its tough to do it. But she’s never complained. You just do it. Get on with it.”
