A miniature Nigella Lawson has officially joined the Great British Bake Off cast — although fans won’t find her under the famous TV tent.
Instead, the pint-sized celebrity chef is making her debut at Babbacombe Model Village in Torquay, Devon, where she has been installed as part of the attraction’s deliciously dainty display.
The tiny TV star takes centre stage in a miniature “The Tiny British Cake Off” tent, bringing a dollop of celebrity sparkle to the model village.
And just like the real-life show, Nigella won’t be judging the bakers alone.
Her miniature alter ego has been placed alongside model versions of Paul Hollywood, Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding, creating a bite-sized version of one of Britain’s favourite baking shows.
In this tiny TV twist, Nigella replaces Dame Prue Leith as the Bake Off judge — proving that when it comes to model village drama, there’s always room for a new face in the tent.
The painstaking miniature Nigella has been given the finishing touches by model painter Reece Winters. It’s a fitting addition to a model village famous for recreating British life on a much smaller scale — and this time, the nation’s baking obsession has been shrunk down to size.
While the real Nigella is known for her glamorous cooking style and indulgent recipes, her miniature counterpart looks ready to serve up some serious Bake Off competition.
Visitors to Babbacombe Model Village can now spot the tiny chef holding court in her miniature baking world, alongside the other familiar faces from the hit show.
So forget giant cakes and dramatic Hollywood handshakes — this is Bake Off, but make it miniature.
