Damaged original packaging helps bring this grinder-equipped stainless steel machine down to roughly 57 per cent below its £249.99 new price
A bean-to-cup coffee machine has appeared on Amazon for approximately £107.42 after a checkout discount, making it nearly £143 cheaper than buying the same model new.
The Aptliton coffee machine, sold as “used like new” is listed at £134.28, with a further 20 per cent saving applied at checkout. That should remove around £26.86 and reduce the final price to approximately £107.42, subject to Amazon’s checkout calculation.
A brand-new Aptliton machine currently costs £249.99, meaning the Like New offer is around £142.57 cheaper. That works out at roughly 57 per cent below the new price, although buyers are getting a returned or previously opened item rather than a factory-fresh one.
Amazon says the coffee machine will arrive in its original packaging. That packaging will be damaged, but the condition note does not identify any damage to the machine itself.
Anyone ordering should make sure the Used: Like New option is selected and check that the 20 per cent reduction appears in the order summary. Amazon is also advertising free returns on the listing, offering some reassurance if its condition does not match expectations when it arrives.

The Aptliton bean-to-cup coffee machine combines an integrated bean grinder, espresso brewing and a milk frothing function in one stainless steel appliance. Fresh beans can be ground immediately before brewing, removing the need to buy a separate grinder or use coffee that has been sitting open in a packet.
Its milk frothing function can be used to prepare cappuccinos, lattes and other milky coffees. The listing says it can steam milk into microfoam, although producing the right texture is likely to involve more input than using a fully automatic machine with an integrated milk container.
Programmable settings and straightforward controls are designed to make it easier to adjust drinks to suit individual tastes. This provides more flexibility than many capsule machines, particularly for coffee drinkers who enjoy trying different beans or changing the strength and volume of their espresso.
The discounted coffee maker with grinder has a stated capacity of 2.8 litres, which should reduce the frequency of refills when several drinks are being prepared.
It is not a compact machine, however. Measuring 45cm deep, 40cm wide and 40cm high, it will require a reasonable amount of worktop space. Buyers should also allow room to reach its water compartment and bean container rather than measuring only its basic footprint.
Finished in silver stainless steel, the machine has the appearance of a traditional barista-style coffee maker. It could appeal to someone who wants more involvement in preparing their coffee without assembling a grinder, espresso machine and milk frother from separate appliances.
Customer feedback is positive but limited. The Aptliton coffee machine currently has an average score of 4.2 out of five on Amazon, based on 12 ratings.
That is a respectable score, although such a small number of ratings provides less evidence than the hundreds or thousands attached to more established models. Aptliton is also a less familiar coffee machine brand, so buyers may want to consider the available support and warranty arrangements before ordering.
There is one inconsistent specification within the listing. Its title mentions both a 15-bar Italian pump and an 18-bar pressure rating, so shoppers for whom the precise figure matters should confirm it before buying.
The combination of the Used: Like New price and checkout saving is where this Amazon coffee machine offer becomes particularly interesting. Cosmetic damage to a cardboard box may be an acceptable compromise when it reduces the cost of the machine inside by almost £143.
Used stock can be limited to one or a handful of units, while checkout promotions can change without warning. Buyers should inspect the condition description, seller details and final price carefully before placing an order.
