As has been the case in recent years, Real Madrid have dominated the Champions League over the course of its existence, both in its current and previous life as the European Cup.
Los Blancos have racked up 13 Champions League wins, and four of those have come in the last eight years.
AC Milan have won the second most, with seven, most recently winning it in 2007, while Bayern Munich and Liverpool are joint-third with six wins.

Juventus, Benfica, most recent winners Chelsea, plus Nottingham Forest and Porto are the only others to win it more than once.
