We are preparing for another action-packed weekend of Premier League football - starting tonight as Newcastle United host Wolves.

There is some incredibly tasty fixtures over the next few days which will shape up a very exciting top four race, as well as an intense relegation battle.

Manchester City will host Liverpool on Sunday, which is perhaps the most highly anticipated match of the season and could quite easily decide who will lift the trophy next month.

For Fantasy Premier League players it is another weekend of searching for some much needed points as the end of the season nears.

Here are all our tips on who transfer in and out, as well as who to captain...

Transfers in

Ben White

While Arsenal will still be recovering from a their terrible 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace last time out, they look very likely to be back to winning ways this weekend.

They desperately need to claim all three points at the Emirates Stadium in order to get a tighter group on a top four spot, while Brighton are unlikely to raise many questions.

The Seagulls have only one goal in their last eight matches and are one of the lowest scoring teams in the league - meaning Arsenal’s defence could be in for a quiet afternoon.

Aaron Ramsdale

Like White, Ramsdale could be in for a pretty easy day in net against Brighton.

If the 23-year-old can keep the likes of Alexis Mac Allister, Leonardo Trossard and Neal Maupay out then he could earn himself his 14th clean sheet of the season.

Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho’s performances have dramatically improved in recent months compared to when he first joined the club last summer.

While Manchester United have only won once in their last six matches in all competitions, it is very hard to imagine Everton managing to come away with anything this weekend.

If Sancho is handed a start at Goodison Park then he could have a field day against the Toffees’ leaky defence.

Transfers out

Philippe Coutinho has been one of Aston Villa’s best players since his arrival in January, however he has been a bit of a let down in recent weeks for those relying on him for fantasy points.

Villa have lost their last three matches and the Brazilian hasn’t scored since their 3-0 win over Leeds United last month.

With Steven Gerrard’s side preparing to face Tottenham this weekend, it looks unlikely that he will be able to shine against an in-form Spurs.

Mohamed Salah

Most people probably won’t take Salah out of their team just because we all know what he is capable of doing.

However, the Egyptian is currently out of form and has scored only once in his last seven matches for Liverpool, while there has also been talk about whether he should be dropped this weekend.

There is also the possibility of the Reds losing against City on Sunday, meaning even less points for Salah.

Captain

Martin Odegaard

Like White and Ramsdale, Arsenal players seem like a safe bet this weekend.

Despite Monday’s poor performance I expect the likes of Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli etc to put on a good performance.

The Denmark international has been one of their best players this year and is likely to have some kind of contribution to tomorrow’s result.

Kevin De Bruyne

While Man City v Liverpool is incredibly hard to predict, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Kevin De Bruyne put on a stellar performance.

While it will probably be a tight game, I expect goals and De Bruyne always seems to be at the centre of everything good for Pep Guardiola’s side.
