It has been a particularly quiet transfer window so far, but we can expect to see things heat up over the weekend as Premier League sides begin to panic in their bid to bolster their squads.
The likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are yet to make a signing, while Everton and Aston Villa have been active throughout.

Arsenal - Douglas Luiz
Arsenal were linked with a move to Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz yesterday after they missed out on Bruno Guimaraes.


The midfielder has impressed in the Midlands under Steven Gerrard and his form has attracted interest.
With only a few days left of the window it is unlikely Villa will be willing to part ways with the Brazilian and have reportedly already rejected a £30 million bid for Luiz from another club.
Aston Villa - Luis Suarez

Luis Suarez has been linked with a move to Villa Park in recent weeks and is apparently keen on reuniting with his former Liverpool teammate, Steven Gerrard.
The move is yet to progress so may not happen, however Atletico Madrid have reportedly already identified Suarez’s replacement in Elche striker Lucas Boye - according to AS.
Brentford - Brennan Johnson
Brentford have had several bids rejected for Nottingham Forest winger Brennan Johnson this month.
After most recently having a £18 million turned down, the Bees are now lining up a club-record bid for the 20-year-old.
Brighton & Hove Albion - Abel Ruiz

Brighton & Hove Albion have made an attempt to sign Braga’s Abel Ruiz this week, however their offer was immediately turned down - according to O Jogo.


It is unclear whether the Seagulls will make a second bid for the striker, but they are clearly eager to sign an attacker before the deadline.
The former Barcelona forward has two goals and one assist in the league so far this season.
Burnley - Wout Weghorst
Following the departure of Chris Wood to Newcastle United, Burnley are in desperate need of a striker before the deadline day if they are to avoid relegation.

The Clarets are currently in talks over a £12 million deal for Wolfsburg’s Wout Weghorst.
The Dutchman has six goals in 18 league appearances this season.
Chelsea - Layvin Kurzawa
Chelsea are struggling with defensive options following injuries to Ben Chilwell and Reece James.
The Blues are reportedly interested in signing Paris Saint-German left-back Layvin Kurzawa on loan.
Crystal Palace - Donny van de Beek

The Dutchman has made eight league appearances this season.
Everton - Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Everton have already made three signings this month but could be set for a quiet few days as they are yet to appoint a new manager.
However, the Toffees have been linked with a move for Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek today - though Thomas Tuchel is keen to keep him at Stamford Bridge.
Leeds United - Calvin Ramsay


Leeds United have reportedly tabled an offer to sign Aberdeen right-back Calvin Ramsay but face competition from Bologna.

Sky Italia have claimed that the Whites have offered a fee of €3. million and are prepared to include a hefty sell-on clause.
Leicester City - Daniel Quick
Leicester City are one of five clubs understood to be interested in signing Crystal Palace under-23s defender Daniel Quick.
The Foxes have reportedly expressed interest in the teenager, alongside Borussia Dortmund, PSV Eindhoven, Rangers and Southampton.
Liverpool - Luis Diaz
Liverpool have made a late swoop to sign Porto’s Luis Diaz.
The Reds are reportedly offering an initial £37 million for the Colombian.
Tottenham Hotspur have also held talks with the attacker.

One player they have been rumoured to be interested in is Portsmouth striker, Dan Gifford.
QPR and Middlesbrough are also monitoring the 17-year-old.

However, they are one of a number of Premier League clubs considering a move for Derby County’s Tom Lawrence.
