When is Southampton v West Ham FA Cup tie

Three of the FA Cup fifth round ties will take place on Tuesday, March 1 and three more on Wednesday, March 2.

Southampton v West Ham will be one of the three fixtures on Wednesday, March 2 as the Hammers head to St Mary’s Stadium.

The match is scheduled for a 19:30 (UK time) kick off.

The remaining two cup ties take place on Thursday, March 3 and Monday, March 7.

Southampton and West Ham have already met twice in the Premier League this season with the Hammers yet to get the better of the Saints.

Their first match at St Mary’s was on September 11, 2021 and ended 0-0 before the Southampton won 3-2 at the London Stadium on Boxing Day.

Last season, Southampton made it to the semi-finals of the FA Cup but were beaten 1-0 by eventual winners Leicester City at Wembley.

West Ham went out slightly earlier, losing to Manchester United 1-0 after extra time at Old Trafford in the fifth round.
