Hide AdIt means England, under the stewardship of Gareth Southgate, will head home to Wembley Stadium for a semi final match against Denmark at the 2021 Euros.
Their opponents, Denmark, beat Czech Republic 2-1 in the other quarter final in Baku thanks to goals from Thomas Delaney and Kasper Dolberg.
Spain and Italy meet in the other last four game, with the winners advancing to the final of Euro 2020 – all three matches are scheduled to take place this week at Wembley Stadium.

Hide AdWhen are the Euro semi finals?
England, Denmark, Italy and Spain have advanced to the semi finals of Euro 2020, which are due to be played at Wembley Stadium, London, over 6-7 July 2021.

The games form part of the UK government's Events Research Programme designed to bring large crowds back to live events when lockdown restrictions ease.
It means Wembley can increase the crowd size to 75% of its overall capacity, which could see more than 60,000 people inside the ground for each of the semi finals and final.

Hide AdWembley has already seen an increase in capacity limits from the group stage, when it was allowed 22,500 fans in, to the last 16 when the limit was raised to around 45,000.
Fans with tickets to the games will have to provide either proof of full Covid vaccination, with the second dose received at least 14 days before the game, or a negative coronavirus test.
When is the Euro final?
The Euro 2020 final will take place on Sunday 11 July 2021 (8pm BST) at Wembley Stadium.
There had been reports of moving the final due to increasing case numbers of the Delta variant of the virus but tournament organisers UEFA said there were no such plans to do so.

Tickets to all Euros games are available from the UEFA website while the game will be televised in the UK on BBC and ITV.
