Amanda Serrano is set to face Sarah Mahfoud in the boxing ring this weekend as she looks to stake a claim for the IBF title.

The Puerto Rican will be eager to bounce back after suffering only her second defeat of her professional career against the undisputed lightweight champion Katie Taylor earlier this year.

Serrano was originally set to fight in August on the undercard of Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr but was forced to change her plans when the event was cancelled.

The 33-year-old’s career and status has grown massively since signing for Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions last September, with the YouTuber helping her career escalate to the near trip to Madison Square Garden.

After a frustrating few months, Serrano will look to return to winning ways and earn her 43rd KO victory - however Mahfoud will be a tough opponent.

Mahfoud has held the IBF title since 2020 but has only had one challenger since - beating Nina Meinke via a 10 Round Decision in April.
