Although Novak Djokovic is as expected leading the way at the top of the ATP Rankings, it is Sir Andy Murray who everybody is talking about right now. According to Tennis 365, Andy Murray “is back in the top 40 of the ATP Rankings for the first time in five years as he moved up six places to No.38. A couple of wins at the Queen’s Club Championships will see him seeded for Wimbledon.”
It is a testament to the winning mentality of Andy Murray that he is once again back in the top 40 of the ATP Rankings as he was on the verge of retirement at the 2019 Australian Open and broke down in tears when he acknowledged the pain that he had been enduring because of his hip injury.

Fast forward to 2023, and it would seem that Andy Murray is once again pushing forward to achieve even more success. At the Nottingham Open Final (and on Father’s Day) Andy Muray was joined by his wife Kim Sears and his four children Sophia (7), Edie (5), Teddie (3) and a two-year-old daughter who is reportedly called Lola.
Although Andy’s wife Kim is often at tennis tournaments supporting her husband, Andy was surprised by his children accompanying their mother at the Nottingham Open Final. “I had no idea they were coming.” he said.

Andy Murray reportedly met Kim Sears at a party for the US Open in 2005 and became a couple publicly a year later. They married at Dunblane Cathedral in Scotland in 2015 and had their reception at Cromlix House Hotel. The hotel clearly held very happy memories for the couple as they bought it for a reported almost £2 million in 2013.

The Times reported in January 2023 Sir Andy Murray and his wife Kim Murray’s plans for the Cromlix House Hotel and Kim said: “This is very much a family affair and I am delighted to be getting involved in overseeing this makeover, selecting wallpapers, toiletries, logos and everything in between, so that Cromlix becomes more reflective of our tastes and attitudes.”
Sir Andy, wife Kim and family live in Surrey in a home that reportedly is worth £5 million. Their home, which comprises 28 acres, reportedly not only has a tennis court (a must of course!) but also a swimming pool, massage room and gym. In 2021, he told Surrey Live that “The location suits me because it’s easy to get to the airport from home.”
