Now, after the police report was obtained by TMZ Sports, it has emerged that Lacy was four times over the legal limit for alcohol. He told officers at the scene he had drunk a “single shot” of tequila on his flight into Arizona.
Bodycam footage from his arrest shows Lacy struggling to form coherent sentences, with the police report adding that “Eddie's speech was slow - [he] slurred and mumbled as soon as I began talking to him.”
