Last night (15 July), as the guys got to know newcomer AJ and learned she is ‘firey,’ the girls got a text to reveal a new man would also be entering the villa.
Danny Bibby, 25, will take two girls on a date tonight, with the first revealed as Kaz - so who is he and what has he said about the other Islanders?
This is what you need to know about the new islander, Danny.
Who is Danny Bibby?
Danny is a plumber from Wigan and describes himself as an “alpha male”.
He is heavily tattooed, with an England flag visible on his torso and “te amo por siempre” on his neck, which means “I love you forever” in spanish.
He has hundreds of other tattoos, with another reading “todo sucede por una razón,” or “everything happens for a reason.”
As well as his day job, he is also the owner of clothes brand, Kramclo.
He said of his tattoos: “Some are quotes which inspire me every day.
“I’ve got my clothing brand logo so I can see it every day. That motivates me to keep doing it. I’ve got 13 which is my lucky number.”
What is his Instagram profile handle?
You can follow him on Instagram @Dannybibby_, where you view pictures of his tattoos, nights out with his large squad of mates and what appears to be a love of cars.
He already has a modest 15k followers, with his profile not letting on too much about him other than stating “lost time is never found.”
His clothing company @Kramclo, has not launched yet but does have an active profile where you can view some of the upcoming releases.
What has he said about the other contestants?
On last night’s episode, Kaz received a text which read: “Tonight Danny will enter the villa. He has chosen two girls to go on dates with. Kaz you're up first.”
She celebrated as she went off with the other girls to get ready for her date. Danny’s second choice has not yet been revealed.
Ahead of his entry to the villa, the Wigan boy revealed: “I like Kaz’s vibe. Kaz is bubbly like me so I think we’d get on like a house on fire. I think me and Kaz will vibe.”
He also said Lucinda was his type as she has “nice eyes and tanned,” and also said he could have his eye on Sharon.
Before entering the villa to go on his two dates, he told ITV he thinks he is “the alpha male the boys need.”
“The guys need an alpha male and I feel like that’s me,” he explained. “The girls have Faye who says it how it is but the lads are all like little sheep.”
He also said of a previous blow up in the villa, “There is no way I would have sat back and let Hugo cry.”
Love Island is on ITV2 at 9pm on weekdays and Sundays, you can also catch up on BritBox and the ITV hub.
