This series is the sixth spent in Mallorca, but there was also one season of ‘Winter Sun’ which saw Lewis Capaldi’s ex, Paige Turley, and her beau Finlay Tapp win over the hearts of fans.

2015 - Jess Hayes and Max Morley

Jess and Max are likely the least well-known out of the winners, as the first series of Love Island brought in just 500k viewers per episode and lasted one month.

Max and Jess seemed loved up, leaving hand in hand after they fell for one another in the villa. But, it wasn’t to be and the couple split just six weeks after leaving the sunshine behind.

He went on to date Geordie Shore party girl Charlotte Crosby, the relationship ended when she was caught cheating with her ex, fellow Geordie star Gary Beadle.

Following this, he dated former Miss Great Britain 2016 Zara Holland and subsequently had a short lived romance with Love Island 2018 contestant Laura Anderson.

Meanwhile, Jess has kept a low profile since leaving the show and became engaged to mechanic Dan Lowry. The couple welcomed their first child in 2019, a boy named Presley James Lowry.

2016 - Love Island: Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey

Cara and Nathan have proved Love Island can truly live up to it’s name, as five years later they are still together and sharing their life with fans.

The bio for the @thedelamasshouse reads, reads: “A home account with a difference, children live here & were not hiding it.”

Cara also told fans on her personal page: “Be warned we have kids this is not your normal homepage."

2017 - Love Island: Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies

Despite Kem and Amber vowing to love one another forever on the final of the 2017 show, they split five months later, in December 2017.

Kem is now Good Morning Britain’s showbiz reporter, while Amber has gone on to star in West End musical ‘9 to 5’, alongside the likes of Louise Redknapp.

The pair have remained friends and recently sparked rumours that they would rekindle their romance.

Kem recently split from law graduate Lexi Hyzler, stating that they "grew apart" during lockdown. Amber is also a newbie to the singleton club, as she broke up with Nick Kyriacou just six months after reports claimed she called him “The One”.

Kem is also the first male ambassador for Primark and will take part in Soccer Aid 2021 on September 4.

Businessman Jack and daughter of Eastenders actor, Dani, were quick to spark up feelings for one another when they entered the villa in 2018.

Essex lad Jack and London girl Dani seemed the perfect pair - down to earth, funny and with eyes for no one else. They were favourites to win throughout the series and it came as no surprise when they won.

However, the couple split in April 2019 and Dani quickly rekindled her relationship with ex-flame Sammy Kimmence.

While Sammy and Dani seemed to have a rocky start, they are still together and welcomed a baby boy called Santiago in January 2021.

Dani has also launched successful ranges with InTheStyle and MyBabiie, as well as being the face of Surf washing detergent.

She is also appearing in EastEnders in June 2021, alongside her dad Danny Dyer.

Meanwhile, Jack has been the face of McDonalds and Protein World and became a father in 2020. He shared daughter Blossom with his longtime friend Casey Ranger, after they had a brief romance.

2019 - Love Island: Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea

Greg was Amber’s knight in shining armour when he entered the villa with only 12 days to go.

She had just split with Michael Griffiths and faced eviction, but she and O’Shea went on to beat Molly Mae Hague and Tommy Fury in the final. Must be the luck of the Irish!

The pair won the £50k prize but their love was fruitless and they split just five weeks after leaving the villa.

Amber went on to strike a £1M deal as a model for online retailer Miss Pap, while Greg returned to Ireland to finish his law degree and play rugby.

He recently revealed he received death threats after she claimed he dumped her over text.

Paige caught the attention of the media and Love Island loyals when she was confirmed as a contestant for the 2020 South Africa series, as she is the former girlfriend of Scots singer Lewis Capaldi.

Despite Capaldi writing several record breaking hits about his college sweetheart, Paige quickly let viewers know she was not pining for him, coupling up with Finn in the villa.

Paige, an aspiring singer, and former semi-pro footballer Finn went on to win and moved into her parents’ West Lothian home during lockdown.

In March 2021, they took things one step further as they moved into a Manchester flat together and rumours began flying around that Finn was to propose to Paige soon.

Finn and Paige have since jointly said that a proposal is something they definitely hope for, but “In time,” with Finn adding: “What we always say is: it's going to be something that we hope, you know, definitely happens... Not soon, but.”
