According to Page Six, the pregnancy of her second child could be why she has skipped out on so many promotion opportunities for her upcoming movie Black Widow.

So, is she pregnant and who is her husband? This is what we know so far.

Is Scarlett Johansson pregnant?

According to reports, Scar-Jo is in the final stages of pregnancy with a baby girl, hence why she has avoided being paped in recent months.

An insider for the publication said: “Scarlett is actually due soon, I know she and Colin are thrilled.

The source also said this has been the root cause for her absence from Black Widow promotion events, saying: “she hasn’t been doing many interviews or events to promote Black Widow which is surprising since it is a huge Marvel/Disney release and she is both the star and an executive producer.”

The upcoming and long awaited movie is set to be a box office hit, it was originally supposed to be released early in 2020, then was delayed until November 2020 and has been pushed back again since then.

She failed to appear at the London premiere of Black Widow on 29 June, leaving co-star Florence Pugh, who plays Romanoff’s sister Yelena, to walk the red carpet alone.

She also virtually appeared on Jimmy Fallon Live on 21 June and on a Zoom call on Good Morning America on 7 July, hiding everything below her shoulders.

Who is Scarlett Johansson’s husband?

Johansson married Colin Jost in October 2020, at a low-key romantic ceremony with only close friends and family in attendance.

The Avengers: End Game actress and Saturday Night Live writer got engaged in May 2019, after they met when Johansson starred in one of his sketches for the show in 2010.

The pair began dating in 2017, she had previously been married to actor Ryan Reynolds. Reynolds is now married to Blake Lively, he and Johansson divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage.

Do they have any children already?

Jost has no children but is step-dad to Rose, 6, Johansson’s daughter to journalist Romain Dauriac.

Scar-Jo shares custody of Rose, despite Dauriac attempting to get custody of their daughter during their divorce in 2017.

At the time, he claimed Johansson’s busy schedule and need to travel frequently made it “impossible” for her to raise a child.

When is Black Widow released?

Marvel’s Black Widow will be released on Disney Plus on 9 July 2021.

It will be available on Disney Plus as a Premier Access title, so subscribers will need to pay an additional £30 fee to unlock the movie at home the day it's released.
