Here’s what you need to know about the newbie and what she is looking for in a partner.

Who is Georgia Townend?

Georgia is a marketing executive from Essex and is 28-years-old.

She describes herself as “the life and soul of the party”, adding that she is “very gregarious” so viewers should expect her to be very talkative during her time in the villa.

The 28-year-old has been single for about five years and said while she has been dating, it has not always been very successful.

She explained: “I’ve been single for a really long time. Five years.

“I haven’t done the maths but it’s at least that. I feel like I’ve exhausted all the other options on how to meet people.

“I went to a restaurant with a boy and when I went to the bathroom, the waitress told me that he’d already been in there with two other girls, two times in that week.

“I was like, ‘Wow, OK!’ But also, he was obviously just trying to be efficient about things.”

What else do we know about her?

When she is not at work, Georgia’s Instagram (@georgiatownend_) indicates that she likes to travel a lot, with her feed dominated by trips to various desirable destinations, including Los Angeles, Australia and Monte Carlo.

Clearly no stranger to a lavish lifestyle, the marketing executive is frequently plane hopping and documents all her idyllic-looking trips on social media.

Aside from travel, her pictures show she is a big animal lover, with her feed including an array of snaps with horses and farm animals.

She also lives with an adorable grey cat named Betty when she’s not off travelling the world.

What is she looking for in a partner?

Georgia has said she is looking for a man she can flirt and have fun with, but will also treat her with respect.

She explained: "I like someone who we can have solid flirt to roast ratio, as in he can tease me but he will treat the things that I care about with respect and with the clemency that they deserve.

“I don’t want someone that is really vacuous and isn’t aware of what’s going on in the world.”
