Brit Awards 2022 outfits: best and worst dressed celebrities on the red carpet - from Adele to Tallia Storm

Last night (8 February) saw some of the biggest names in entertainment come together to celebrate British music at the Brit Awards 2022.

With big names come even bigger fashion statements - some for the better, some for worse.

Who were the best dressed at Brit Awards 2022?

Adele

Adele enjoyed a phenomenal night at the Brits, claiming the awards for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year for Easy on Me.

She arrived at the ceremony in a custom Armani Privé gown.

Vick Hope

TV and radio presenter Vick Hope took to the red carpet in this dazzling dress covered in sequins by Nadine Merabi.

Maya Jama

Presenter and DJ Maya Jama paid tribute to superstar Cher with her outfit on the red carpet. The black two-piece, designed by Mônot, took inspiration from the famous outfit worn by Cher at the Academy Awards in 1986.

Emily Atack

Actress Emily Atack shared snaps of her Stella McCartney dress on Instagram before heading out to the awards - however the outfit she wore was actually her second choice.

Atack had originally planned to wear a floral Stella McCartney gown, however she shared on Instagram that she had to go with another dress due to the fact she couldn’t “wear this because of my chunky bum”.

Oti Mabuse

New Dancing on Ice judge Oti Mabuse opted for a black and gold lace dress from Envy Room, paired with heels by Gina Shoes.

Mabuse, perhaps best known as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, posed with fellow Strictly star Graziano Di Prima on the red carpet.

Who were the worst dressed at Brit Awards 2022?

Tallia Storm

Some looks at the Brit Awards have proven to be quite divisive, and none more so than this ensemble from singer Tallia Storm.

The skintight bodysuit worn by the former X Factor: The Band star comes from Mugler, designed with black and nude panels.

Vicky McClure

While actress Vicky McClure’s police drama Line of Duty was unanimously loved by all, this Azzi & Osta corset and trouser combination has been met with a less than enthusiastic reception.

Leigh Francis

While men at award shows often get criticised for wearing boring black and white suits, Leigh Francis (a.k.a Keith Lemon) may have swung a little far in the wrong direction with this colourful piece.

AJ Odudu

It looked like TV presenter AJ Odudu was attempting to pay homage to her time on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021 with this dress by Trang Hung.

220 Kid

220 Kid, whose real name is William Edward Graydon, went all out and dyed his hair to match his leopard print tassel shirt.
