Liam Payne’s private funeral was held at a church in Buckinghamshire on November 20.

The One Direction singer was finally laid to rest at a church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire over a month after his tragic death on October 16. The singer died after falling from the CasaSur Hotel balcony aged 31.

At the time of his death, the 1D star was dating social media influencer Kate Cassidy who attended the funeral with close friend Damian Hurley (son of actress Elizabeth Hurley. Kate and Liam had been in a two year relationship and were holidaying in Argentina just days before his death. The TikTok star flew back to the US just 48 hours before the tragedy.

In pictures obtained by the Mail Online Kate Cassidy was recently spotted on a solo trip out in central London. Images show Kate looking emotional as she wiped away tears as she stopped in a coffee shop. The influencer flew to the UK recently for the funeral but its not yet known whether or not she will stay in the UK for good.

The home she shared with Liam Payne recently went back on to the rental market. Kate Cassidy’s friend Damian Hurley, who has been supporting her, lives in London, so she may be inclined to stay in the UK longer.

This comes after Liam Payne’s alleged ‘drug dealer’ Braian Nahuel Paiz, claimed the singer’s relationship with Kate Cassidy was fake. Perez Hilton reported that in an interview with Argentina’s Telefe Noticias earlier this month the hotel worker said that during his hangout with Liam, he saw something on his computer regarding Kate “alleging the relationship was fake.” However he did not go into detail to say exactly what he saw on the computer.
