Love Island star Luca Bish posts second leg injury post from hospital as he says his 'legs don't work'
Reality star Luca Bish has found himself in hospital for a second time due to a leg injury.
The former Love Islander, who was paired with former England football player Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma Owen on the ITV2 show in 2022, shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed to his Instagram page.
In the image, Bish appeared to have a bandage on his leg, which was also in a brace, but he seemed to be in good spirits as he grinned at the camera and put his thumbs up. He did not give any further details.
He chose to quote Ed Sheeran's 2014 hit Thinking Out Loud for his photo caption. He wrote: "When your legs don't work like they used to before."
Many of his 1.2 million followers and celebrity friends sent him well-wishes. Fellow love islander Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, who was in the Love Island villa with Bish and went on to win the show, wrote: "Get better soon bro you still look fresh!"
Another Fellow Islander Dami Hope said: "Back in top form soon my boyyyy." Singer Jamelia wrote: "Awww, get well soon love."
One fan asked: “Oh no what you done?” and added: “Hope you heal quickly.” But, the star did not respond.
It was apparently the second time Bish had to seek medical treatment in just a few months because of an unknown issue with his leg. Back in July, he shared a short, somewhat cryptic, video from himself taken in hospital.
He filmed himself to show that he was in a wheelchair and his leg strapped up, and had crutches lying across his thigh. The video was set also to Thinking Out Loud. He also did not provide any details about what has caused his leg injury. Bish has not said whether the two incidents are connected.
