The 30-year-old has told her 251,000 followers that she is taking a break from her Instagram after a beloved family member suffered a health scare.
The reality TV star, who is tipped to appear on the 2025 series of Celebrity Big Brother, shared a picture to her Instagram Stories which appeared to show her holding hands with her Nanny Val, who she said is in hospital.

She's doing well but I'm taking a few days off of socials as I have so much going on atm, and need to take some time off my phone and socials to concentrate on other things including being with my Nan.”
She added: "I know I've got a lot of messages to reply to, and will reply to everybody's WhatsApps and DMs when I can in the coming days."
She did not share any details of exactly what health issue her nan has. Morgan spoke lovingly about her nan when she rose to fame on Married at First Sight UK last year. She was the first transgender bride to appear on the popular E4 dating show, and told viewers how her nan had always supported her.
It is the second time in just a few months that the star has stepped away from her Instagram due to a health problem. Back in July, she told her fans she’s “never been so ill” as announced a social media break.

She didn’t give any more details about her health issue or how long she may be away from her social platform. She instead reassured her fans by stating: "I need rest then I'll be back with good content, hopefully if I make it!"
She returned a short time later. On her Instagram page, @ellamorganc, she refers to herself as an “award winning trans advocate on your tele.”
