The 33-year-old reality star, who was married on the E4 dating show last year, took to her Instagram Stories on Monday (October 21) to share the news of her medical emergency with her fans.
She first caused concern among her 192,000 followers by sharing a cryptic photograph from inside a hospital with a sign clearly stating: "Urgent Care Centre". The caption read: "Happy Monday to me, what am I like" - alongside a crying face emoji.

She shared a picture of her right hand and wrist and wrote: "Thanks for all of your messages. It's nothing serious, though; I'm just a clumsy Charlie. I am still waiting (which is hard for me because I am always busy rushing here, there, and everywhere trying to do too much).
She added: “But my lesson to slow down has been well and truly learned. For your amusement (and my embarrassment), I have been reminiscing over some of my clumsiest moments.”

She then shared footage of herself falling over outside her house on two separate occasions, once in April 2022 and then again in July 2023. She then posted a photo of her arm in the present, and said she was undergoing tests to find out if it was sprained or broken.
She then confirmed it she had been told it was broken, in an update set to the Daniel Powter Bad Day, and told her fans she was “in agony”. The TV star went on to ask her fans for their advice on how to heal a broken wrist.
