The MAFS 2024 couples retreat this year is at the luxury Retreat East in Hemingstone, Suffolk.

The retreat offers 26 beautiful barns and rooms that can be booked either individually or as part of a package for events such as weddings and corporate retreats. Guests can indulge at our award-winning restaurant, relax with rejuvenating spa treatments or recharge with several fun activities. The activities people can enjoy include cycling, axe throwing, archery, gym, nordic walking, yoga and more.

Yes, you can. The venue can be booked for anything from overnight stays, product launches, PR events, brand events, meetings and corporate events as well as weddings. There are a selection of beautiful barns, farmhouses and barn rooms to choose from which are suitable for between one and five plus guests. Rooms available, which the MAFS cast have stayed in, include The Cow House, The Stables and The Den. All stays include a complimentary continental breakfast and use of spa facilities.

How much does it cost to stay at the MAFS 2024 couples retreat?

The price of a stay at Retreat East vaires according to the specific room chosen and the length of stay. Prices are, roughly, between £200 and £800 a night. Some rooms require a minimum of a two night stay at weekends.

When can I stay at the MAFS 2024 couples retreat?

Depending on which room you wish to stay in, you could stay at the retreat yourself in just a few days. Some of the rooms are even still available to stay in as early as tomorrow (Friday October 18).

If you want a two night weekend stay, however, you’ll have to wait until next weekend (Saturday October 26 and Sunday October 27) - although there is very limited space available. To have a wider selection of rooms available to choose from, it will have to be a weekend stay in mid-November (Saturday November 16 and Sunday November 17).
