When is TOTY FIFA 22? UK release date, Team of the Year nominees, vote details and final FUT XI explained

Top performers from across the football stage will be vying for a place in the FIFA Ultimate Team 22 Team of the Year

EA Sports has released its FIFA 22 Team of the Year (TOTY).

No fewer than 80 players were nominated at the FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) event in 2022 as the game’s loyal legion of users voted in players to the squad and final X1.

There are often many Premier League representatives in the mix from the EPL’s top performing clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester City, neighbours United, Chelsea, Arsenal and more.

Europe’s elite tend to be among the nominations, with Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, Kylian Mbappe and Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham likely inclusions in 2022.

Here’s all you need to know about FUT 22 TOTY - from when nominations will be announced to squad predictions and some reported leaks ahead of the official release date in the New Year.
