Spotify Wrapped 2025 has finally dropped after much speculation online about its release date.
Spotify Wrapped has launched for 2025, showing music fans their most listened to songs, artists, albums and more from the last 12 months. Wrapped dropped on Wednesday 3 December.
A Spotify spokesperson said: “2025 Wrapped is all of the Wrapped classics we know and love – plus nearly a dozen new ways to connect and dig deeper into the stories and moments that made the year unmistakably yours.” Globally, Bad Bunny is Spotify’s top artist for the fourth time – after the future Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner scored the title in 2020, 2021 and 2022 previously – landing more than 19.8billion streams worldwide in 2025.
The top song globally for 2025 is Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ ‘Die With A Smile’, which attracted more 1.7billion streams. In the UK, Taylor Swift has once again takes the top spot again as the most streamed artist for the third consecutive year ahead of Drake, Sabrina Carpenter, The Weeknd and Billie Eilish, while Alex Warren’s ‘Ordinary’ is the UK’s most streamed song’ ahead of Gracie Abrams‘ ‘That’s So True’ and ‘Messy’ by Lola Young.
