Why can't I see my Spotify Wrapped on the app? Users report issues as streaming giant confirms annual figures are out
Spotify has confirmed that Wrapped 2025 is out - however some users are having issues.
Spotify posted on its website today: “Wrapped is in the app. Your year in audio is waiting. Head to the mobile app to join the celebration.”
But it is not being shown to some users. One user said on X: “WHERE IS MY SPOTIFY WRAPPED IT'S NOT OUT FOR ME YET”. Another user added: “Someone send me the link to spotify wrapped why isn’t mine showing up”.
It seems that Spotify Wrapped is gradually being rolled out to users globally. It may take a little longer for some users to get their Wrapped than others.
The feature will likely pop up automatically when you open the app. However, if it doesn’t, you can go to Spotify’s website or check out the “home” section of the app and Spotify Wrapped should be there.
Spotify has issued a statement telling users to make sure their app is updated to ensure they are getting the full Wrapped experience when the 2025 version becomes available.
