Secret Garden Party 2023; set times for the main stages and weather forecast as the festival begins
and live on Freeview channel 276
East Anglia has already thrown open the gates to this year’s Secret Garden Party today, as revellers make their way to the “secret” location for four days of music, arts and culture. This year’s line up includes headliners The Libertines, electronic icons Underworld and New Zealand’s finest proponents of reggae-dub Fat Freddy’s Drop making their return to our shores.
Not resting on their laurels though with the headliners, organisers of the event have also created a timetable of fantastic acts throughout the weekend including Leftfield, Soulwax’s 2ManyDJs, electroclash artist Peaches and… oh yes, the return of De La Soul, having undergone another renaissance since their music returned to streaming platforms.

Hide AdWidely known for its inclusive and open-minded atmosphere, promoting a sense of community and encouraging self-expression and creativity among its attendees, The Secret Garden Party was founded in 2004 by Fred Fellowes and a group of friends. Over the years, it gained a reputation as one of the UK's most creative and alternative festivals,in part thanks to the festival’s tendency to have a specific theme.
Attendees were encouraged to dress up and immerse themselves in the theme's concept, which looking at the font type being used on their website looks to be Star Wars themed. The other tip off regarding the theme also happens to be the event’s title - Episode XVII: A New Hope.
PeopleWorld takes a look at the two “main” stages at this weekend’s event, “The Great Stage” and “Where The Wild Things Are,” to at least help somewhat to prevent you from performance clashes at the PE28 2PH postcode event.
