Which? recently surveyed more than 5,000 UK consumers who experienced issues when ordering from the biggest online retailers across tech, lifestyle, fashion, DIY and homewares during the pandemic.

These are nine retailers that left shoppers the least impressed, scoring just one star out of five for overall service and landing at the bottom of the Which? table.
