Glu Digital launches Cisco 360 Assessment for partners to help them improve metrics
Glu Digital's new Cisco 360 Assessment programme helps partners to get a clear view of their data and improve their metrics by providing a Partner Value Index score and prioritised list of actions
Glu, the end-to-end channel services provider, has launched a new Cisco 360 Assessment programme for partners to help them to get a clear view of their data and improve their metrics.

Most partners have plenty of data but no clear view of where to focus – improving every metric may be expensive and even unnecessary.
Cisco 360 gives partners a Partner Value Index (PVI) score for each portfolio, and a lot of underlying metrics. What it cannot tell you is which ones matter and what to do about them.
It scores partners from 0 to 10 for each product area they sell. A score of 5.0 makes a partner a Portfolio Partner, which gives it access to Cisco Partner Incentive (CPI) payments; 7.5 makes it a Preferred Partner, with additional benefits.
Glu Group's Cisco 360 Assessment turns that raw scorecard into a plan. Glu analyses the partner's Cisco data and sets a realistic next target for each portfolio area.
It then prioritises the most effective and achievable improvements, highlighting opportunities where a single investment can strengthen capabilities and improve PVI scores across multiple portfolios.
The partner receives an executive-level summary of where it stands, a scorecard for each product area, a prioritised list of actions with the score gain each should deliver, a roadmap with named owners and 30/90-day milestones, and an indication of the incentive payments it can unlock.
In a recent engagement with a large systems integrator, only two of its six Cisco product areas were above the 5.0 threshold.
A single change, raising the maturity of its customer success practice to Intermediate level, added 0.88 points to five portfolio areas at once. Together with a handful of targeted actions, it gave every area a credible route to its next tier.
The assessment identifies practical, prioritised improvements to help partners progress towards their next PVI threshold. It covers:
- Current PVI position across every portfolio
- Portfolios that are strong, weak or at risk
- Shared investments that lift several portfolios at once
- Guidance on best fit for Customer Success (CSPM) and Managed Services (MSPM) maturity
- Black Belt, certification, renewal and adoption gaps
- Realistic PVI gains for each recommended action
Graham Inman, Partner Development, Glu Digital, said: "The Cisco 360 assessment is a big shift for the channel.
"Cisco 360 changes how partners are measured, rewarded and how they are benchmarked, so it's important they understand what it means for their business and where they can make the biggest difference, programmatically, through practice maturity and best practice.
"We help partners make sense of it all, focus their efforts and investment in the right areas, and put a practical plan in place to get the best out of the programme.”
