Dominic Calvert-Lewin rejects new contract offer from Everton

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has rejected a fresh contract offer from Everton, according to a recent report from Football Insider. With a takeover currently in the works, talks are unlikely to begin again until the situation has been resolved.

Calvert-Lewin’s contract at Everton is due to expire in the summer of 2025. As such, there is real danger that he could leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the 2024/25 season - with the Toffees’ dire financial situation in mind, this could be a devastating blow for them to endure.

Southampton starlet Tyler Dibling targeted by Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle

A trio of clubs in the Premier League - Manchester United, Tottenham and Newcastle - all sent scouts to watch Southampton's 18 year old ace, Tyler Dibling, during the Saints’ 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town. Furthermore, West Ham and Brighton are also thought to be interested in his services.

This is according to a report from HITC. In that game, Dibling scored the opening goal of the encounter - his excellent recent form is likely to pique the interest of the clubs in question even further. He also put forth a brilliant display against the Red Devils last weekend, winning a penalty and causing all sorts of trouble for their backline.
