UEFA have announced that they will give away 10,000 free tickets to fans of clubs that reach this year’s Champions League final.
The match is due to take place on Saturday May 28 at the Krestovsky Stadium - also known as Gazprom Arena.

UEFA will distribute 30,000 free tickets across the club competitions, alongside the 10,000 for the Champions League final. This will include a further 8,000 tickets for the Europa League final, 6,000 tickets for the Europa Conference League final and another 6,000 for the Women’s Champions League final.
The governing body will cover the cost of the tickets and want teams to reward ‘their most loyal fans’, with Aleksander Ceferin - president of UEFA - claiming the move is to thank fans for their support during the Covid-19 pandemic.
In a statement regarding the tickets, Ceferin said: “Football fans are the lifeblood of the game, and we thought it would be a nice way to recognise the difficulties they have experienced over the last two years and how they nevertheless still managed to support their teams and live their passion even when away from the stadiums.
