The Third Round of the FA Cup returns this week and lower league teams across the country are dreaming of becoming the latest side to cause a memorable giant killing.

Could Swindon Town do the seemingly impossible and overcome Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City? Cambridge United are up against it when they head to Newcastle United and Morecambe have the daunting task of taking on Tottenham Hotspur.

The competition dates back over 150 years so we decided just to look at results from the modern era, specifically the last 11 years.
