Southampton signed their forward in the summer following Armstrong’s incredible success with Blackburn Rovers in the 2020/2021 Championship season.
Armstrong scored 28 goals and produced five assists for his former club.
The Scout writes “Although Armstrong has endured a slow start to the season, producing only one goal and one assist, the forward has represented the main goal threat for Saints.”
Armstrong has had 21 shots in the box, seven of which were on target, which is only second to West Ham United’s Michail Antonio who has 27 among the fantasy forwards.
