The Summer Olympics in Tokyo were a huge success and this month’s winter version offers a whole host of different sports to enjoy - many that most sports fans won’t have been able to try out themselves.

Two events kicked off the opening few days in China, with Luge and Curling both taking place.

If you enjoy watching the curling and could see yourself having fun with it, there are a number of places across the UK where you can join a curling club.

Where can I try curling in UK?

England

If you live in the North of England then your closest curling club is likely to be at the Flower Bowl, north of Preston, where you can book a session 7 days a week between 10am and 10pm or join Preston Curling Club.

You can also play at the Cambridge Ice Arena in Newmarket Road, Cambridge, on a Thursday evening.
