EA's dual entitlement lets customers upgrade copies of FIFA 22 from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S at no additional cost.

What are the new FIFA 22 features?

The FIFA 22 trailer promotes a seamless gameplay using new HyperMotion technology.

Specially designed suits captured the motions of 22 professional footballers playing at high-intensity for the first time.

It resulted in what EA have called "unprecedented volume of high-quality real-human movement data" to power both individuals and teams in FIFA 22.

“FIFA 22 offers millions of fans around the world a chance to engage with the sport they love in an unprecedented way,” said EA Sports FIFA general manager Nick Wlodyka.

“Each player experiences FIFA in their own way but on-pitch gameplay is the unifying constant, so we’re excited to offer deep innovation there.

"HyperMotion elevates that even further on next-gen consoles and Stadia and completely changes the feel of the game.”
