Cardi B ‘loves’ new face tattoo and insists she has no regrets over the inking of son Waves name

Cardi B revealed that she has had a new tattoo of her one year old son’s name Wave inked  on her face.

The rapper, 30, shared an image with her son's name inked in red on her jawline to Twitter with the caption: “I love my face tatt” with two red heart emojis. 

The image was taken from her and husband Offset's recent ad campaign with food giant McDonalds. Fans of the singer didn’t seem as impressed but Cardi has insisted she has no regrets. 

One social media user commented:  'Why, don't mess up your face with your body ok but not the face.' 

Another added: 'OMG not a good move... I love cardi.B, trust.. NEVA the face takes away ya beauty

Cardi isn’t the first celebrity to have a tattoo on her face. Actress Amanda Bynes has the outline of a heart on her cheek. 

Singer Kelhani has a paper aeroplane inscribed onto the side of her left eye which, according to her, means to stay above.

Amber Rose has the words ‘Bash Slash’ written across her forehead, and while she loves her new ink, some were quick to criticise it. In true Rose fashion, though, she clapped back at the people leaving her negative comments.
