The wait is finally over for Selling Sunset’s latest spin-off show Selling The OC.
The new series which has just dropped on Netflix follows the Oppenheim Group as they open their new office in Orange County.
Featuring a cast of 11 real estate agents, there will be plenty of drama combined with opulent mansions and gripping storylines.
Similar to Selling Sunset season 5, the new show will also feature a British realtor called Polly Brindle.

Selling The OC is dropping on Netflix on Wednesday 24 August at 8am.
What is the plot for Selling The OC?
Selling The OC will follow the Oppenheim Group as they open their new office in Newport Beach, Orange County.
The show is expected to follow a similar format to Selling Sunset, following the glitz and glamour of high end real estate, alongside the personal lives of the office agents.
Fans can expect plenty of drama and competition, along with opulent mansions in the Orange County area of Los Angeles.
Speaking to Today about the spin-off Oppenheim said: “I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited to watch a season.”
Adding: “And I hope that people watch it for what it is and don’t make comparisons to other shows, including ‘Selling Sunset.’ These people are their own agents. They have their own lives and they’re doing their own thing. I think it should be judged on its own merits. I think it’ll do quite well.”

Fans were given a sneak peak at the trailer during the Selling Sunset season 5 episode reunion.
The official trailer for the Selling Sunset spin-off was dropped by Netflix on their social media accounts on 10 August.

Fans can expect heated rivalries, gossip and competition like never before.
Like Selling Sunset season 5, the spin-off series will also feature an agent from the UK.
Polly Brindle, who is originally from West Yorkshire moved to the US in 2011 after working as a model.
Speaking about the new cast lineup to Tudum, show creator Adam DiVello said: “It’s a cast of guys and girls, which is different.
“The cast is just wild, right from the jump; they don’t hold back. They don’t have any filters. They say what they’re thinking. And it’s a very drama-filled season.”

Will stars from Selling Sunset feature?
It’s almost guaranteed that Jason and Brett Oppenheim will feature in Selling The OC.
In Selling Sunset season 5, the real estate brokers appointed Mary Fitzgerald as the manager for the West Hollywood office, so that they could be based at the new venture in Newport.
There have also been rumours that Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa will be making the switch to the Orange County team after she was listed as an estate agent for the Newport Beach Office on the Oppenheim Group website.
Selling Sunset favourite Chrishell Stause might also feature in the new spin off.
Stause and Oppenheim dated for seven months, with their break up being documented in Selling Sunset season 5 and being the main focus of the series reunion episode.
