For anyone looking to find love - and brave enough to put themselves in front of TV cameras - there are many shows which are focused on helping people to find relationships.
From Love Island to First Dates, and Love Is Blind to Married at First Sight, the list goes on and on. Contestants going on these shows are hoping to find romance when they take part, and indeed that is the entire focus on these shows.
These reality shows aren’t, however, the only places where participants have found love. As these 16 couples show, everyone - whether they are famous or not - can find love on any TV show at all.

13. Chantelle Houghton and Samuel Preston
Chantelle Houghton and Samuel Preston met on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006. Houghton wasn’t actually in the public eye at the time, but was sent in to convince the contestants that she was famous just like then. Her romance with Ordinary Boys singer Samuel Preston, known as Preston, played out on screen and the pair married later the same year. They divorced a year later, however, they have remained friends ever since.

14. Stevi Ritchie and Chloe Jasmine
Singers Stevi Ritchie and Chloe Jasmine met when they were both on the X-Factor in 2014. Since then, it’s fair to say their relationship has been full of ups and downs. They got engaged in 2015, shortly before they entered the Celebrity Big Brother house as one contestant. They were said to have split months before their wedding in 2016, but by early 2017 they appeared to be giving things another chance. They haven’t posted about each other on their Instagram accounts since around 2019, however, which suggests they are no longer together - although this has not been confirmed.

15. Nikki Grahame and Pete Bennett
Nikki Grahame and Pete Bennett met on Big Brother in 2006. They enjoyed a brief relationship which lasted for a few months after the show finished. They remained friends, however, until Grahame’s death in 2021.

16. Michaela Wain and Harrison Jones
Michaela Wain and Harrison Jones both competed in the 2017 series of The Apprentice. Despite both being fired, they both found happiness during the contest as they fell in love. They welcomed their first baby, a son called Garyson who is the first Apprentice baby, in October 2018. Michaela also has another son, also called Harrison, from a previous relationship.
