Fellow British presenter Jeremy Kyle, 57, has been filling in for Piers over the last five weeks on ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’ as the namesake host spent time with his family.

The show debuted on TalkTV in April 2022 and is broadcast internationally in Australia and America.
Piers wrote on Twitter: “Pack your bags @jkyleofficial - the summer party’s over…I’ll be back hosting Piers Uncensored on Monday.
“The day Britain’s new Prime Minister is announced and Princess Pinocchio and Halfwit Harry return to the country they keep trashing. Should be a lively show…”

Piers has slated Meghan Markle and Prince Harry before, with his comments leading to his axing from Good Morning Britain.
This isn’t the first time Piers has branded Meghan “Princess Pinocchio” as his social media feeds are littered with tweets and shared media calling out the former actress.
The presenter has also previously called Meghan’s comments “shameless and shameful,” and has been vocal about his views on the Duchess of Sussex following her latest bombshell interview about the Royal family.

In an interview with US magazine The Cut, Meghan claimed that “just by existing” she was “upsetting” the Royal family.

Meghan also stated that a Lion King movie cast member told her “[they] rejoiced in the streets the same we did when Mandela was freed,” after she wed Harry, while visiting the London premiere in 2019.
However, it has since been revealed that the South African cast member Dr John Kani, who voiced Rafiki, has never met the Duchess and he believes she must be “misremembering.”

After the claims surfaced, Piers took to Twitter to share his thoughts with his 7.9 million followers.
He said: “Even by Markle standards, this is a revoltingly self-aggrandising, disingenuous and hypocritical load of royal-bashing tosh.”

In another Tweet, Piers shared a post from Chris Ship, the ITV News Royal Editor who called out Meghan’s article.
The 57-year-old presenter captioned: “Good to see a top ITV news journalist calling out Markle’s lies…just hope he has his job tomorrow.”
Piers will return to screens weekdays on TalkTV at 8pm.
