Phone footage from the Romanian capital shows Bianca trying the bulldoze her way down a tramline lane to dodge a traffic jam. But she is called out in a furious row on October 16 with a driver going the other way.
The driver shouts: “What are you doing? Where are you going like such a fool? Haven't you got any sense? You're on the wrong side of the road. If I were a tram, what would you do?"
Romanian traffic police later confirmed they were studying the footage.
A spokesperson said: "We are making checks to establish the facts and will take the necessary legal measures."
