Hide AdThe Hundred, which was due to commence in 2020, stormed the stage last summer and soon enthralled thousands of fans to either their screen or their nearest Cricket Ground to watch the best players from around the world feature in the inaugural tournament.
James Vince’s Southern Brave won the men’s tournament while Dane Van Niekerk’s Oval Invincibles took the first ever Women’s Trophy.
Cricketing fans were treated to an astonishing display from Birmingham Phoenix’s Liam Livingstone who scored an unbelievable 348 runs in 195 balls throughout the tournament while India’s Jemimah Rodrigues hit the headlines and became a household name after her 249 runs in 165 balls.

With the 2022 tournament just a few months away, the franchises have been preparing for who they wish to retain as they bid to become The Hundred champions once more.
