Forget Selling Sunset. Chloe Cable works for UK and Dubai based agency Tyron Ash Real Estate international who sell properties up to £20 million

Although I have to admit to finding Season 6 of Selling Sunset slightly dull (shock horror!) I am still hooked like most people I talk to when it comes to the Netflix series. Perhaps I wasn’t as obsessed this time as I normally watch it in the height of winter which makes the sun-drenched Los Angeles homes even more alluring than on spring days in London?

However, this didn’t stop me from trying to find a UK property agent whose life mirrored those of Bre Tiesi and Chrishell Stause from the Netflix story. Cue Chloe Cable. Chloe has been working for her boyfriend’s company, Tyron Ash Real Estate International for three years.

Chloe took some time out from her busy schedule to exclusively talk to PeopleWorld about her life as a property agent. “Our company Tyron Ash Real Estate international, is actually very similar to what the realtors in Selling Sunset do,” Chloe explains. “We don’t exactly work the same way estate agents do, they are all stuck in an office doing very mundane jobs, with only the senior people actually dealing with everything.”

When it comes to a typical working day for Chloe, she revealed that “We don’t have to be in an office so we are free to fill our diaries with meetings, and marketing for houses. We are big on social media marketing here and make cinematic style pieces. I get a lot of referrals from previous clients and through my social media, it’s very fun compared to being stuck in an office. We are all self-employed so I have control of my own diary.”

When I asked Chloe what advice she would give to anyone wanting to be an estate agent, she was quite adamant that she wouldn’t advise anyone to become one. “I personally wouldn’t suggest to anyone to become an estate agent in the UK as they are generally on low salaries and are restricted to an office, “ she revealed. “At Tyron Ash Real Estate,we have no basic salary, it is commission only, but we earn between 10k-80k+ per average deal.”

As for whether Chloe is a fan of Netflix’s Selling Sunset, she says that ‘it is an easy watch.’ However, when I asked if she had a favourite realtor from the show, Chloe revealed that she didn’t but used to love watching Christine Quinn who used to be in the show because she loved her outfits and made everything more interesting.

The most expensive property Chloe has ever sold is a £9 million home in west London and said that her dream home would be a ‘Neo Georgian style mansion (white) very classic Surrey home.’

According to Chloe, she believes what grips viewers of Selling Sunset is the commission the realtors earn. “Multiple people have picked up supercars in our business and we are by far the most successful version of this type of business model in the UK,” Chloe reveals.
