'Celebrity Big Brother' returns to our screens on Monday (April 7) on ITV 1, and as we eagerly await the launch of the 2025 series, it's natural to start thinking about those who have been there before them.
'Big Brother', which is thought to be the ultimate social experiment by many, has been one of the UK's best loved reality TV shows for more than two decades. In that time, the show has made household names of some of its contestants, as well as allowed already famous faces to experience it for themselves with celebrity versions of the show.
Unfortunately, with such a long running show, it is somewhat inevitable that some of the previous stars have died since their stint on the show. Here, we take a look back at the life of 11 past Big Brother stars who are no longer with us.

6. Sarah Harding
Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding won Celebrity Big Brother series 20 in 2017. During her time in the house, Sarah entered into a relationship with The Bachelor star Chad Johnson, and had some fiery rows with Ex on the Beach's Jemma Lucy. In August 2020, Harding announced that she had been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. She then revealed in March 2021 that her condition was terminal. 7. Jackie Stallone
Jackie Stallone was a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother 3, which aired in 2005. She was a housemate alongside her former daughter-in-law Brigitte Nielsen, who was previously married to her son Sylvester Stallone, whom she notoriously did not get along with. Nielsen asked to leave when Stallone entered the house, but the pair ended up resolving their differences. Stallone was the first contestant voted out by viewers after spending just four days in the house. She died on September 21 2020 at the age of 98. | Getty Images
