Mrs Hinch rushes three-month-old son to hospital just weeks after she was hospitalised with blot clot

Cleaning queen Mrs Hinch has rushed her three-month-old son to hospital after she became concerned about his breathing - just weeks after she was hospitalised with a bloot clot.

The mum-of-three, whose full name is Sophie Hinchliffe, took to her Instagram earlier today, (Friday April 18), to explain what has happened to her baby son Vinnie, who was born in February.

She said he’s been diagnosed with a health condition, after she took him to hospital earlier this week because “she’d never experienced” his symptoms before and her “gut couldn’t settle”.

Sharing a carousel of images of and videos of herself and baby Vinne, she wrote: “Having stayed in hospital this last week with Vinnie I am SO grateful we are now back home. Vinnies “reflux” journey is something I’ve never experienced before and my gut couldn’t settle on “it’s just reflux this will pass”.

She then revealed what condition Vinnie has; cow's milk protein allergy and Laryngomalacia, which is a floppy larynx (voice box), which can cause noisy breathing. “I ended up taking Vinnie to A&E, and after further examinations yes Vinnie has reflux and CMPA but also Laryngomalacia. This is a common congenital condition, present at birth, where the soft tissues of the voice box collapse inward during feeding,” she said.

The star, who has three sons, also said she hoped her youngest wouldn’t need surgery to correct his health issue. “To finally have answers and knowing as parents that we are not going crazy feels more settling yet nerve wracking.

“I feel relieved that we have been listened to and a care plan is in place for Vinnie, which avoids any potential surgery if all goes to plan. We just need to ensure Vinnie gains weight over the next month and go from there. One feed at a time.”

It was the second hospital trip for Sophie in little more than a month, as in mid-March she told her fans on Instagram that she was receiving treatment in hospital for a blood clot in her leg.

In her latest post, the star added: “Don’t get me wrong… I know just how blessed we are as a family, but It really seems to be one thing after another knocking us down this last year, and my nerves feel broken to say the least) But we keep going, we all do, we have to, because things will surely start to look up again soon.”

Speaking directly to her 4.8 million followers, she said: “So Just a gentle reminder today …. Never give up on your instinct. You’re not silly, your gut knows. Have a beautiful Easter weekend everyone.”

She also appealed for any parents who have children with the same conditions as Vinnie to get in touch with her and share their story, as she said she would find this “reassuring”.
