From the comforting aroma of Ginger Biscuit to the fresh scent of Pine & Eucalyptus, these five luxurious Jo Malone London candles could bring a little extra Christmas magic into your home.
Jo Malone London's Christmas candle collection features some of the most familiar scents of the festive season, from fresh pine and warming spices to delicious gingerbread.
Fragrance has a wonderful way of bringing back Christmas memories, whether it's the smell of a real tree, festive baking or oranges and cloves.
We've picked out five Jo Malone London candles to help create a festive atmosphere at home, whether you're entertaining friends, settling down with a Christmas film or looking for a special gift. The 200g classic candles are crafted in Britain and offer approximately 45 hours of burn time. They all cost less than £60.
Ginger Biscuit: Christmas baking without the washing up
Is there anything more comforting and homely than the smell of freshly baked gingerbread?
Jo Malone London's Ginger Biscuit Scented Candle captures that delicious festive aroma with ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, caramel and vanilla, alongside roasted hazelnut notes.

It's the sort of fragrance that conjures up memories of baking Christmas treats, decorating gingerbread houses and sneaking another biscuit when nobody's looking.
Perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere on chilly December afternoons.
Pine & Eucalyptus: Christmas morning in a candle
For anyone who loves the unmistakable smell of a real Christmas tree, Pine & Eucalyptus is a natural choice.
Fresh, green and wonderfully uplifting, this limited-edition fragrance evokes winter woodland walks and freshly cut evergreen branches.
It's particularly appealing if you have an artificial tree but miss that gorgeous pine fragrance filling the room.
Place it in the hallway to welcome Christmas visitors or enjoy its fresh, festive character in the living room.
Orange Bitters: A little festive sparkle
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a celebratory drink or two, and Orange Bitters brings cocktail-hour inspiration into the home.
With its citrus character and warm, sophisticated undertones, this fragrance is inspired by the classic winter cocktail.

Think sparkling glasses, bowls of clementines, twinkling lights and friends gathering for Christmas drinks.
A lovely choice for entertaining, particularly if you enjoy fragrances that feel festive without being overly sweet.
Vanilla Scotch: Warmth and winter indulgence
If your idea of the perfect December evening involves fluffy blankets, a Christmas film and something delicious to drink, Vanilla Scotch deserves a place on your wish list.
Part of Jo Malone London's festive collection, this inviting fragrance combines the comforting sweetness of vanilla with a rich, warming character.

It's a beautiful option for creating that snug, luxurious feeling when the weather outside is anything but inviting.
And unlike some traditional Christmas fragrances, its appeal extends well beyond December.
Pomegranate Noir: Christmas elegance
Pomegranates and Christmas have long gone hand in hand, with the jewel-like red fruit bringing a splash of colour to festive decorations and dining tables.
Jo Malone London's Pomegranate Noir Scented Candle captures that festive spirit with a rich, fruity fragrance that's warm, spicy and wonderfully atmospheric.

It's a gorgeous choice for Christmas dinner parties or cosy evenings at home, filling the room with a sophisticated scent that's a little different from the usual pine and gingerbread. There's also a limited-edition Mouse Lid version which adds a playful festive touch.
And if you're looking for a special gift, the Pomegranate Noir gift set pairs the candle with a matching cologne spray, so someone lucky can enjoy the fragrance at home and wear it too.
My favourite after smelling all five

I popped into the Jo Malone London store on Regent Street to experience all five fragrances for myself, and what a lovely way to spend half an hour! Having recently fallen for the gorgeous Vanilla Scotch cologne, I was already a fan of that fragrance, but when it came to the candles, there was one clear winner for me: Ginger Biscuit.
Warm, spicy and deliciously comforting, it captures everything I love about the smells of Christmas. It's the sort of fragrance that makes you want to head home, put the Christmas tree up and settle down with a festive film. And if any friends or family happen to be reading this, consider that a very unsubtle Christmas present hint!
