Amazon has confirmed the dates for October Prime Big Deal Days 2026, with Prime members set to get 48 hours of exclusive savings across everything from tech and beauty to homeware, toys and early Christmas gifts.
Amazon has confirmed when shoppers can expect its next major sale event, with Prime Big Deal Days returning for 48 hours this October.
The two-day event will return in a matter of days, giving Prime members the chance to shop thousands of deals across categories including home, kitchen, electronics, toys, fashion, beauty and self-care.
With autumn officially getting underway, the timing of the big sales event could be useful for anyone looking to refresh their home for the colder months, stock up on seasonal essentials or even get an early start on Christmas shopping.
Amazon says shoppers can expect offers on big-name brands including Lego, Shark and Braun.
While Prime Big Deal Days is only two days long, Amazon is encouraging shoppers to use the event to get ahead on their festive lists. It could be something to take advantage of if you’re hoping to spread the cost of Christmas or simply want to avoid leaving your shopping until December.
There will also be deal alerts available on specific products and categories, and Amazon will tailor recommendations based on shopping history and preferences too. So, if you already have certain items on your wishlist you could be in luck.
Of course, you'll need a Prime membership to access the exclusive deals.
New customers who are eligible can sign up for a 30-day free trial, after which Prime costs £8.99 a month. The membership also includes free delivery on millions of eligible items, Prime Video, ad-free Amazon Music, selected ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and comics, as well as games through Amazon Luna.
There is also a cheaper Prime option for eligible students and 18-24-year-olds, costing £4.99 a month or £47.49 a year. Eligible members can also get a six-month free trial.
Prime members can also make use of Amazon's delivery options when shopping outside the major sale events, including Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery on millions of products in eligible locations. In select areas of the UK, including parts of London and Manchester, Amazon Now can even deliver thousands of items in 30 minutes or less.
When is Amazon Prime Big Deal Days 2026?
Prime Big Deal Days 2026 will run from October 6 to October 7, with the event beginning at 12.01am BST on Tuesday October 6.
The event is exclusive to Prime members, so anyone hoping to take advantage of the offers will need an eligible membership or trial. You can sign up to Amazon Prime now so you can be ready.
With deals expected across everything from tech and kitchen appliances to beauty, toys, fashion and homeware, it is an event worth watching.
If you already have something specific in mind, setting a deal alert before the event could help you spot an offer without having to trawl through thousands of products yourself.
Shoppers can find the event at Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days page, with deals going live between October 6 and 7.
- Amazon Prime members get free delivery on eligible items. Non-Prime customers may pay delivery charges depending on the order.

☀️ Summer may be fading, but this deal is scorching. The TOG24 Jacinda Women’s Supersoft Jersey Playsuit has plummeted from £50 to just £8, saving shoppers £42 in a huge 84% reduction.
💗 Made mainly from soft viscose and cotton, the bright pink playsuit features an elasticated drawstring waist, back-button fastening and two handy hip pockets. It’s an easy throw-on outfit for holidays, warm weekends or getting next summer’s wardrobe sorted ludicrously early.
⚠️ The catch? Only selected sizes are still available, and an £8 clearance price is unlikely to help them hang around. Check whether your size has survived here.
