Love Island cast on Instagram 2021: how many followers do the contestants have - including Millie and Toby

From mugging off to necking on - Love Island 2021 delivered all the drama, connections and even some outrageous Casa Amor postcards.

Now that we’ve have crowned Millie and Liam as this year’s winners, you might be eager to indulge in what the singletons are like outside of the villa.

Since the swimwear clad bunch were revealed, their Insta followings have, in some cases, are 400 times higher. The more the followers, the greater the influencer.

Fife lass Shannon was already an influencer on Insta and gaming social network, Twitch.

The former glamour model previously shared snaps of her in lingerie, bikinis and figure-hugging dresses on her page, which had 188k prior to day one of villa life.

She claims some footballers have even slid into her dms, but wouldn’t name who.

When she entered the villa she stripped it back with a fresh face and a firey sense of who she wanted to couple up with.

She’s currently coupled with Aaron, but she said Brad and Jake where “a bit of her”, so she’s definitely one to watch out for, and follow @shannonsinghhh

Kaz Kamwi

With 71.8 thousand followers before she entered the villa, Kaz already had the limelight on her.

The fashion blogger makes everything look on point, from loungewear to sponsored snaps of her modelling for leading lingerie and swimwear brand Boux Avenue.

Kaz was the last to be coupled up last night, as she was partnered with Toby.

Fans reacted shocked, as she was snubbed by Aaron for Shannon, despite Shannon not stepping forward for him

Love Island said if anyone needs a summer of love, it’s him. While he claimed he’s struggled to find love, he didn’t struggle to get the girls to step forward last night - as Faye, Sharon and Liberty all wanted to pair up with him

She promotes herself as a ‘future lawyer’ on Instagram, while campaigning for the likes of free menstrual products for women and more general women’s rights issues, as part of her role as a ‘Young Women’s Trust ambassador’.

Gaffka had an impressive 26.1k followers on her Instagram account prior to entering the villa, where she coupled up with PE teacher Hugo - but she reckons he’s too ‘nice’ for her.

Brummie blonde Liberty works at Nando’s while studying business at university.

The 21-year-old shares snaps of her girls’ nights out on her Instagram, as well as comparing herself to Barbie - referring to herself as a ‘life sized doll’ and warning followers ‘no you can’t play with me.’

She had 21,000 followers on her Instagram ahead of Love Island returning, and is currently coupled with tattooed Labourer, Jake Cornish.

Liberty warned her gals that she’s “here for the sauce not for the salt,” referring to kissing sweaty men.

Toby Aromolaran

Toby is a semi-professional football player who plays for ‘hashtag’ united, which he claims is a very social media inclusive team.

He had a respectable 17.6k following on Insta, but failed to get the ladies to step forward for him when he entered the villa. In the end, he was partnered with Kaz, who was rejected by Aaron.

He captioned one of his previous Instagram posts with a subtle hint that football is his valentine - looks like the girls have a lot to compete with.

It’s likely he hasn’t been so social media savvy because of his day job as a secondary school PE teacher.

He is also a professional cricket player who plays for the national disabled athletes’ team. By the looks of his Insta, he loves a good cocktail and a fresh white shirt so he could make a good team with Sharon, despite her being turned off by his “‘nice guy’ persona.

Self-professed alpha male Jake had only 14.5k followers on his Instagram, where his friends have described him as a “loyal, trustworthy, cheeky chappy” since he entered the villa.

He shares snaps of boys’ nights out, trips abroad and a few of the ladies in his life - his mum and niece. His new girl, Liberty, might need to fight for his attention if they remain together outside the villa. They were the first to couple up, could it be love at first sight? Probs not, she also stepped forward for Brad.

Letting agent and fan of Netflix’s outrageous reality show ‘Selling Sunset’, Faye had a relatively low following of just 11.9k before entering Love Island.

She said of her day job: “I’m definitely there in the mini dresses, boobs out, bum out, turning up and you can see the wives say to their husband, “You’re staying outside”. It’s so fun.”

It doesn’t sound too far from villa life, minus the wives. And she was hot off the mark with creating sizzling hot scenes, as she necked on with ladies-man Brad in the first episode.

The Surrey business owners sells bucket hats and has a measly 8k followers before entering the villa on day four.

He was evicted only two days later, when Rachel Finni picked Liam over him.

On his Instagram, @chuggswallis, he shows off his athletic side with snaps of him in rugby attire, ski-ing and playing water sports.

He seems to prefer blondes, admitting Faye, Liberty and Chloe were his type, prior to joining the show.

He joined Chuggs as a newcomer on day four, instantly going on a date with Faye, but telling ITV before entering the villa that he preferred Kaz.

On his Insta, @liamreardon1, he only had 8,000 followers before entering the villa.

He shares snaps of lads’ nights out, his glamorous gran Shiela and a load of ‘flex the bicep while holding an alcoholic beverage’ snaps.

He said before going into the villa that he has struggled to find a girlfriend and would quite like to meet new girls, he commented on Kaz’s ‘good personality’ and Chloe’s ‘confidence’ as things he finds attractive.

Rachel Finni

She instantly got heads turning, as Hugo and Liam seemed besotted by the Fashion buyers administrator.

However, she revealed prior to going into the villa that she was ready to find ‘the one’, and had her eyes on Toby.

She doesn’t have a huge following on the gram, with a modest 15k before she debuted on the show in a pink bikini.

She already had a huge following prior to entering the villa, with 120k on her own profile and 22,000 on @TheLuxeRange.

26-year-old Teddy has promised he is “not afraid to step on people’s toes,” as he enters the villa, following Kaz and Toby’s split.

The Manchester-based Financial Consultant said he is a long-term relationship kind of guy, but has never made it passed three years.

He told ITV, prior to entering the villa: "I want to get to know all of the girls. I'm not afraid to step on toes to get the girl I want.”

He is the selfie-king on Insta, from festive snaps to gym selfies, give him a follow @teddy_soares, where he had 5k followers before appearing on the show.

She said before meeting the contestants that she has her eyes on three men, and told the boys on the first night to have their “eyes on the prize.”
