Judith Potts was an actor and an acting coach for child and young actors. She created Act One, which brought drama classes to children in schools and pre-schools, then extended the company to include presentation coaching and team building for the corporate world. She has written plays and recitals for children and speeches for senior executives.
From 2010-2019 she contributed a Health Column to the Lifestyle Pages of The Telegraph and in 2015 she launched a charity, Esme's Umbrella, dedicated to raising awareness of Charles Bonnet Syndrome. She writes about varied health and lifestyle topics for magazines, newspapers and scientific journals.
