A restaurant firm run by an acclaimed chef and part-owned by Gary Neville collapsed with debts of around £1m following the recent closure of its latest venture, it has been revealed.
Renowned New York City chef James Kent, who was at the helm of two Michelin-star winning restaurants, has died at the age of 45.
